Refund Policy

1. Early Bird Lifetime Access - Non-Refundable

Refund Policy:

All early bird lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable under the following conditions:

• No refunds after payment is completed
• No refunds if you change your mind
• No refunds if you stop trading
• No refunds if you find a competitor product

Why non-refundable? Early bird pricing is a significant discount (₹19,999 vs ₹24,999+). This exclusive offer helps us fund product development and reward early supporters. In exchange, purchases are final.

Exception:

If TradeKhata MVP is not delivered within 90 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund (minus GST already remitted to the government). Contact us at hello@usetradekhata.com to request.

2. Post Early Bird Lifetime Access - Non-Refundable

After the first 50 users, lifetime access starts at ₹24,999 + GST and increases every 150 users. These purchases are also non-refundable for the same reasons as early bird.

3. Monthly Subscriptions - Cancel Anytime

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• No questions asked
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Billing stops immediately after period ends

Refund Policy for Monthly:

• No pro-rated refunds for partial months
• If you cancel mid-month, you still have access until period ends
• We don't refund for "didn't use it" or "forgot to cancel"

Example: If you subscribe on Jan 5 and cancel on Jan 20, you'll have access until Feb 5 (next billing date). No refund for the 15 unused days.

If you cancel your monthly subscription (or stop using the Service):

• Your data is retained for 90 days
• You can reactivate anytime within 90 days (all data restored)
• After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted
• You can request immediate deletion by emailing us

6. Service Issues

Technical Problems:

If you experience technical issues (e.g., can't import trades, dashboard not loading), we will:

• Provide support to resolve the issue
• Extend your subscription if downtime exceeds 48 hours (monthly users)
• Issue pro-rated credits for extended outages

Note: Refunds are not issued for temporary technical issues. We work to resolve problems quickly and compensate with service extensions if needed.

7. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy:

2. Include your registered email and reason for refund request
3. We'll review within 7 business days
4. If approved, refund processed within 14 days to original payment method

Processing Time: Refunds (if approved) take 5-7 business days to appear in your account after processing.
